Great Council
A discipline in which players send a Delegation of Great People to collect Scepters. Scepters are used for the construction of the building The Great Council - which is available only during the discipline; each player upgrades their personal Great Council. The winning alliance in this discipline is determined by the highest amount of points scored by all members of the alliance for building the Great Council. If 2 alliances have the same amount of points at the end of the Discipline, the winner is the alliance that scored first.
